1、帶銷釘?shù)臏u輪結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)子，具有強剪切力、動力分布均勻、研磨腔內(nèi)物料和介質(zhì)流動性好等特點，能實現(xiàn)對物料的高效研磨分散，研磨細度1μm—50nm； 

2、采用離心式分離器，具有過流面積大、分離效果好、適用壽命長等優(yōu)點； 

3、使用耐磨損、耐腐蝕的集裝式雙端面機械密封，并配置了機封潤滑冷卻監(jiān)測和壓力平衡機構(gòu)，機封裝拆更容易，維修更方便；

4、變頻調(diào)速，可根據(jù)物料的需求選擇相應(yīng)研磨轉(zhuǎn)速，達到理想研磨效果； 

5、研磨腔體材質(zhì)可以選擇碳化鎢、聚氨酯、氧化鋯、氧化硅、碳化硅等，適合不同客戶需求。
